Choose Correct Food to Lose Weight in Spring



The best ways to lose weight in spring are diet. Fruits and vegetables become mature in this season. Besides, fruits and vegetables are the high quality goods to lose weight.

A cup of fruits or vegetables juice each day

Making ways: purchase a good quality juice extractor. Before pressing the juice,wash the fruits and vegetables, make full use of skin, root, leaf and stem except those inedible epidermis and covering.
Intake instruction: drink 1-2 cups each day in the beginning; increase the amount in the following days. Once your body adapts to this method, you can adopt “complete detoxification”, that is, only drink the pure juice in 48 hours, but don’t eat any food.




A plate of healthy salad each day

Scatter some seed food (such as sesame) on each dish. It will bring you many advantages. Most of seed food has the fragrance which can help you refresh. Moreover, it contains protein, Vitamin B, E and other nutriments, all of which can maintain heart health and adjust cholesterol. Olive oil is the healthiest oil and doesn’t increase weight. Use them to make salad. You’ll be shooting two birds with one stone. Fruit salad recommendation:

Material: 2 oranges, 1 shaddock, 1 apple, 1 banana, 1 pear, half pineapple, 1 bunch of grapes (without seed), 1/3 cup of sesame, 500 grams strawberries;

Making ways: Remove skins and slice them into piece, mix all the fruits except the sesame and oranges, press an orange and pour its juice into salad to mix evenly, pour a little in each plate, then scatter the sesame.
Intake instruction: Divide into eight parts to eat.
